Who we are

A showcase, not an online shop

The site presents the boutique and a selection of its pieces. No sales or payments take place online: any purchase is made only in the boutique, where the contract is concluded and paid for.

Reserving a piece

• Reservation is free and non-binding for the customer: you are not obliged to buy.
• Sending the form is a request: the reservation is valid only once Vittoria confirms it (by WhatsApp, phone or email).
• Once confirmed, the piece is set aside for 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed. After that it becomes available again.
• Each piece can be reserved by one person at a time; the waiting list follows the order in which requests arrive.
• The site may not be updated in real time: a piece may have been sold in the boutique in the meantime. In that case we will let you know and no reservation arises.

Prices

Prices are in euro and include all applicable taxes. When a piece shows "Price available in store" or "Price on request", the price is communicated in the boutique or on request. Obvious errors in prices or descriptions are not binding.

Descriptions and photos

The pieces are vintage or second hand: they may show signs of use consistent with their age, which we try to describe accurately. Photos and colours are indicative and measurements approximate: we recommend seeing and trying the piece in store.

Authenticity and brands

Every piece is personally selected and checked; items whose origin is doubtful are not accepted. Brand names mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the pieces: Vittoria Vintage is not affiliated with or authorised by the fashion houses mentioned.

Purchases in the boutique

Purchases made in store are governed by Italian law and the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), including the legal guarantee of conformity (for used goods it may be agreed in writing for a period of no less than one year). The 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts does not apply, since the sale takes place in person in the boutique. Consignment is governed by a separate written agreement.

Intellectual property

Texts, photographs and the Vittoria Vintage dal 1971 logo belong to the owner and may not be reused without permission.

The site contains links to third-party services (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Vestiaire Collective, Google Maps) for which we are not responsible. We do our best to keep the site available and up to date but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer has jurisdiction.
